Jewellery is described as accurately as possible. Photos are non-contractual where reflections may vary. Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), taxes included where applicable.

Placing an order means accepting these terms. Payment is due immediately via checkout options.
4. Delivery
Times and fees are shown at checkout. Velena ships within announced delays subject to stock.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to return an unworn item in original packaging. Exceptions: personalised pieces, pierced earrings (hygiene).
6. Warranties
Velena guarantees conformity. Contact customer service for exchange, repair or refund where applicable.
