We choose careful finishes and list materials on each product page. If you have a known allergy, contact us before ordering — we will guide you.
How do I choose my ring size?
Measure your finger with a soft tape, or compare with a ring that fits. See our sizing guide or write to us — we are happy to help.
What are delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 24–48 business hours, then shipped with tracking. Allow roughly 2–5 business days after dispatch within Morocco.
Can I give Velena as a gift?
Absolutely. Select gift wrapping at checkout — satin pouch or box depending on the piece, ready for a handwritten note.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure online payment via the options available at WooCommerce checkout (card and other methods enabled on your store).
How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume and cleaning products. Store pieces dry, ideally in your Velena pouch. See our Care guide for details.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, under the conditions in our Terms of Sale: withdrawal period, item condition and return procedure. Pierced earrings or personalised pieces may have specific rules.
